Aoife’s Mushroom & Chorizo Pasta recipe


  • Onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • mushrooms (a lot)
  • 125ml Veg stock
  • Can of chopped tomatoes
  • Chorizo ring
  • A good sprinkle of herbs de provence/oregano/mixed herbs/green stuff.Chop the onion, crush the garlic and chop the chorizo.
    Put it all in a high sided frying pan and fry for a 5-10 mins.
    Slice the the mushrooms and add to the pan
    Pour over the stock and tomatoes.
    Simmer for a while until everything is cooked.
    Cook pasta and stir into the sauce.
    Eat.If you have spare red wine you can add that tooHAHAHAHAHAHA who has spare red wine?
