It’s the most wonderful time of the year…

Christmas is my favourite time of year, definitely my hap-happiest season of all.

I watch too many made for TV Christmas films and aspire to romance that doesn’t exist that way, to live in a lovely lodge type home in Perfectville USA where everyone knows everyone and it snows at Christmas. The summer break is over. After a glorious week on the Cote D’Azur  Rory is back at work, Aoife has just started Year 1 and it’s back to reality (booooo).

There’s no other job, yes I referred to parenting as a job – If a job doesn’t get done, things go tits up and things fall apart.
