- 2 cloves of garlic
- mushrooms (a lot)
- 125ml Veg stock
- Can of chopped tomatoes
- Chorizo ring
- A good sprinkle of herbs de provence/oregano/mixed herbs/green stuff.Chop the onion, crush the garlic and chop the chorizo.
Put it all in a high sided frying pan and fry for a 5-10 mins.
Slice the the mushrooms and add to the pan
Pour over the stock and tomatoes.
Simmer for a while until everything is cooked.
Cook pasta and stir into the sauce.
