BeRo Rock buns recipe.

Ingredients

  • 225g Self raising flour
  • 100g Marg
  • 100g sultanas/raisins
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash of milk

Heat the oven to 200C or gas mark 6
Grease 2 baking trays
Rub together the flour and marg.
Stir in the fruit and sugar.
Mix to a dough with the egg and the milk
Place in heaps on trays and bake for 10-15 mins.

To make different flavours just swap the dried fruit and peel for 100g of something else. I really like cherry and coconut ones.
